Piso WiFi Portal: Every Button at 10.0.0.1 Explained

The portal Piso WiFi customers open at 10.0.0.1 is a small web page served by the vendo itself. It holds every button that matters: Insert Coin, Pause, Voucher and Rates. This guide tours the whole Piso WiFi portal, button by button, so you never tap the wrong one and never lose minutes to a screen you did not understand.

The 10.0.0.1 button works only while you are connected to a Piso WiFi network.

What is the Piso WiFi portal?

The Piso WiFi portal is the small web page the vendo serves at 10.0.0.1. Join the vendo's WiFi, open a browser and type the address. It shows your remaining time and the buttons for coins, pausing and vouchers. No app is needed.

Think of the portal as the vendo's remote control. The machine counts your minutes, and every button on this page talks to it. The portal only opens while you are on the vendo's WiFi, never on mobile data, and it works in any browser. When you first sign in to the portal, this is the screen that greets you.

What does each button on the portal do?

Every Piso WiFi portal shows the same buttons, even when the layout changes. Insert Coin starts payment, Pause freezes your timer, Voucher accepts prepaid codes, and Rates shows what each coin buys. The table explains each Piso WiFi portal button and when to tap it.

ButtonWhat it doesWhen to tap it
Insert Coin (LPB says Insert Money)Opens the coin slot for a short countdown so you can drop coinsBefore you have time, or to add more minutes
Pause / Resume (or Pause Time)Freezes your remaining minutes; Resume restarts them on the same phoneWhen you step away and want to save minutes
VoucherTakes a prepaid code instead of coinsWhen the owner gave you a code
RatesShows the minutes each coin buysBefore paying, to pick the best value

On PisoFi machines the flow adds one more step: after the coins are credited you tap Go Online to start browsing. Tap Insert Coin first, then drop the coins inside the countdown, then tap Done Paying. Every version of the Piso WiFi portal follows this order: pay, then browse, then pause.

How do you pause your session from the portal?

Open the Piso WiFi portal at 10.0.0.1 on the vendo's WiFi and tap Pause or Pause Time. Your remaining minutes freeze at once. To continue, open the portal again on the same phone and tap Resume. The owner must have switched the feature on.

The portal Piso WiFi serves only exists on its own network, so the five steps below start with staying connected:

  1. Stay on the vendo's WiFi

Switch mobile data off and stay connected to the Piso WiFi network. The portal never loads on mobile data.

  2. Open 10.0.0.1

Type 10.0.0.1 in your browser's address bar: four numbers, three dots.

  3. Tap Pause

Find Pause or Pause Time next to your remaining time and tap it. The status should change to Paused.

  4. Leave and come back

Walk away. Your minutes stay frozen while you are gone, and the internet stops on your phone.

  5. Resume on the same phone

Reconnect to the vendo's WiFi, open the 10.0.0.1 portal again and tap Resume. Your saved minutes continue from there.

Owners decide whether the pause button appears at all, so a missing button is an owner setting, not a broken portal. Our main guide explains how to use the pause button within those limits.

Where is the voucher code box?

The voucher box sits on the portal next to the Insert Coin button, usually labelled Voucher or Voucher Code. Type the code exactly as printed, including dashes, then tap the button beside it. The portal credits the code's minutes to your phone at once.

Vouchers are prepaid codes the owner prints or shares, and most are single use. On PisoFi machines they are called WiPass codes. Every Piso WiFi portal that accepts codes shows the box on the main screen. Our child guide walks through voucher code entry step by step, including what to do when the box disappears.

Why do portals look different on each vendo?

Each vendo runs different software, from LPB and AdoPiSoft to PisoFi and JuanFi, and owners style the portal their own way. Button names change: Insert Money on LPB, Insert Coin elsewhere. The buttons do the same jobs on every Piso WiFi portal.

If a button from this tour is missing on your screen, the owner likely switched it off in the portal settings. If the whole page will not load at all, open it in Chrome and work through the browser fixes there.

Where does this information come from?

Every fact here comes from a public source: PisoFi's operator guide, LPB's portal guide, two independent 10.0.0.1 guides, and an admin-panel guide covering rates and portal buttons. Each one is linked below so you can check it.

Which guides are in the Portal section?

One guide sits under this page: the voucher code guide, which shows where the voucher box is, how to enter a code correctly, and what to do when the box disappears. It uses the same 10.0.0.1 portal you toured above.

What else do people ask about the Piso WiFi portal?

These six answers cover using the portal without coins, a missing Pause button, the Go Online step, opening the portal free, portal sign-ins, plus the difference between the customer portal and the admin login screen.

Piso WiFi portal FAQs

Do I need coins to use the portal?

No. The portal opens free on the vendo's WiFi so you can read the rates first. You only pay when you tap Insert Coin, enter a voucher, or start a session.

Why is there no Pause button on my portal?

The owner has not switched pause on, or your vendo limits pauses. The button cannot appear until the owner enables it, so ask at the store.

What does Go Online mean?

On PisoFi portals, tapping Go Online starts browsing after your coins are credited. It is the last step of paying, not a second charge.

Can I open the portal without buying time?

Yes. The 10.0.0.1 portal loads for anyone on the vendo's WiFi. You can read the rates and find the voucher box before spending a peso.

Why does the portal ask me to sign in?

Owners can add a login step before the buttons appear. Use the details the owner gave you.

Is 10.0.0.1/admin the same as the portal?

No. The portal at 10.0.0.1 is for customers; 10.0.0.1/admin is the owner's login for rates, vouchers and sales. Customers cannot open the admin side.

Toured the portal, did the buttons make sense?

Open 10.0.0.1 and try the buttons yourself, or fix a portal that won't load.
